Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Information Services, CS or related data-driven field.
• Master's degree preferred; PMP/Healthcare facility background desirable.
• 10 years of management experience required; decision support and analytics focus.

Responsibilities

• Develops project plans and oversees implementation; coordinates with internal service lines and partners; ensures delivery per business expectations.
• Speaks to technology, operations and performance systems; promotes best practices to enhance performance.
• Leads translation of service line objectives into FMG opportunities.
• Establishes national benchmarking standards to improve operations using best practices.
• Acts as primary leadership contact with internal and 3rd party providers; coordinates FMG activities.
• Develops and maintains relationships with all FMG service lines; understands business problems and priorities.
