• 7 years of experience in real estate, including 3 years at the senior portfolio management level.
• Healthcare real estate experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate leasing (as tenant and as landlord) and related property management activities for Piedmont Healthcare and related entities.
• Advise management on real estate matters and help develop and implement real estate strategies aligned with business requirements and operational needs.
