POP MART Americas Inc. in Culver City, CA, seeks a Real Estate Lead for the US & Canada to drive the on-the-ground expansion of our retail stores and ROBO SHOP vending machines.

You will own the real estate pipeline from site identification through lease execution, conducting market analyses, negotiating favorable terms, and coordinating with Legal, Construction, Operations and Merchandising. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 10+ years of experience in retail real estate.
• Experience with multi-unit retail brand expansion.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Site selection & evaluation for new stores and ROBO SHOP locations in US & Canada.
• Lead lease negotiations, LOIs, and contract modifications with landlords.
• Coordinate with Construction, Operations, Legal and Merchandising to ensure pre-opening activities are on schedule.
• Manage project timelines from lease execution to grand opening and track milestones.
• Hire, coach, and manage a team supporting the US & Canada real estate pipeline.
