POP MART is seeking a highly organized Real Estate Lead for the US & Canada to drive on-the-ground expansion of retail stores and ROBO SHOP vending machines across the United States. This role demands deep market knowledge of U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 10+ years of experience in retail real estate.
• Deep knowledge of top shopping centers, lifestyle centers, and major business districts across the United States.
• Proven track record managing a high-volume pipeline of real estate transactions.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience securing favorable lease terms.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end site identification and evaluation for new store and ROBO SHOP locations across the U.S. and Canada.
• Lead lease negotiations, LOIs, and contract modifications with landlords and developers.
• Coordinate pre-opening activities with Construction, Operations, Legal and Merchandising to ensure on-time store launches.
• Hire, coach, and manage direct reports supporting the U.S. and Canada real estate pipeline.
