Job summary

POP MART America is seeking a strategic Specialty Real Estate Leasing Manager to expand pop-up activations and ROBO SHOP vending machines across the United States. You will lead site selection, lease negotiations and cross-functional coordination to secure high-impact retail locations.

With 2–5 years in site selection and commercial real estate leasing, you will build strong relationships with landlords and developers while guiding rollout in top shopping centers and business districts.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in site selection and commercial real estate leasing.
• Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic accounting skills are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pop-up activations and Robo Shop development nationwide.
• Lead site information collection, visits, evaluation, budgeting and reporting.
• Execute contract modifications and business negotiations for opportunities.
• Coordinate across departments to launch pop-ups and Robo Shops.
• Build relationships with landlords, developers and key accounts.
