Qualifications

• 7+ years in joint ventures, portfolio acquisitions, sales-leasebacks, or complex leases.
• Relationship-driven originator with disciplined follow-through.
• Strong commercial judgment and risk assessment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional execution (leasing, legal, finance, PM, vendors).

Responsibilities

• Relationship development: proactively build and expand a regional CRE network across OKC market.
• Driving portfolio growth through new investment origination and off-market opportunities.
• End-to-end execution of acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and asset-level plans.
