Supervise all production, closing, servicing, problem loan, reporting and portfolio management activities undertaken by the group.Direct and track all loan underwriting and production activities. Review proposed transactions. Manage portfolio characteristics for diversification by property type, tenancy, and geographic location. Negotiate all loan terms. Supervise the production of loan applications, approval briefs and other documents generated by the lender.
