Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or related field.
• Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate and/or 10+ years of retail real estate site selection and lease negotiations preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, highly organized and detail oriented.

• Develops comprehensive real estate strategy and execution planning by brand and market.
• Negotiates lease terms, site selection, and LOI negotiations.
• Coordinates with design/construction for end-to-end site openings and relocations.
• Manages portfolio entries including hubs, DCs, offices and leased properties.
• Develops broker networks and maintains landlord relationships for future development plans.
