Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a Senior Real Estate Manager to lead development initiatives across its U.S. store portfolio. You will analyze markets, coordinate LOIs, and manage timelines with Real Estate, Design, Construction, Operations, and Finance teams to support growth and guest experience.

The role requires seven+ years in commercial real estate, a business/real estate degree, and strong analytical skills. This is a remote position with travel across the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience in commercial real estate, development, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development pipeline across site identification, market analysis, and deal tracking.
• Coordinate LOIs, lease negotiations, and construction milestones with cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare site packages and presentations for Real Estate Committee reviews.
