Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, architecture, accounting, finance, business, construction management, or related field is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise real-estate actions including site selection, leasing, renewals, expansions, acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, and facility implementation.
• Own integrity and usefulness of the enterprise real-estate information environment with current lease documents, amendments, abstracts, floor plans, site plans, critical dates, metrics, and approvals.
• Maintain lease abstracts, metrics, floor/site plans, amendments and related documentation; track expirations, renewals, rights, terminations, rent changes, deposits, insurance, and other material obligations.
