This leader will guide a team of HR professionals, shaping people, development, and culture strategies while aligning regional priorities with the company’s values and growth plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of Human Resource Management experience with demonstrated ability to lead teams.
• Excellent communication, confidentiality, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate sensitive situations and multi-task in a complex environment.
• Experience in construction or related industries is helpful but not required.
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders and coach them.
• Lead talent strategies including development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
• Oversee onboarding, talent management, employee engagement, culture, development, and compensation processes.
• Analyze HR metrics and present insights to senior leadership.
• Own workforce planning, succession, and talent development strategies.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning to align HR programs with business goals.
• Lead regional HR initiatives and ensure alignment with company strategy.
