Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, architecture, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive commercial real-estate experience.
• Experience with lease administration, site selection, and portfolio reporting.
• Strong financial-analysis skills and ability to build Excel-based pro formas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise real-estate operations governance, with documentation standards and controls.
• Maintain lease abstracts, site plans, amendments, and rent- related records.
• Coordinate acquisitions, dispositions, and due diligence with Legal and Finance.
• Manage schedules, calendars, and critical-date communications across teams.
• Refresh portfolio metrics and leadership-ready reporting views.
