Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned real estate development projects through all phases: planning, design, construction, occupancy, closeout.
• Coordinate activities among architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, municipalities, and university departments.
• Identify project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies; monitor progress to meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Prepare monthly status reports and assist with permitting approvals and contract administration.
• Maintain organized project records and financial analyses to support long-range planning.
