Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Financial Analyst to support real estate decisions for lease or purchase, coordinating with operations, fuels management, and construction teams. You will prepare proposals for management approval and guide market tours across the West Coast.

You will assist with budgeting, variance analyses, and risk reporting to meet financial objectives, while maintaining strong relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred. Other combinations of job related experience and education that meet the requirements may be substituted.
• Three years of experience in General Commercial Brokerage, Development, Finance or Corporate Real Estate Management with emphasis in Commercial/Retail/Fuel/Fast Food/C-Store industries. or more preferred; including minimum of one years of management responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provides data and guidance for Financial Analyst to run financial models to qualify new sites for lease or purchase.
• Negotiates Purchase contracts with sellers and leases with Landlords.
• Prepares real estate proposals and contracts for management approval.
• Organizes real estate market tours and performs market reviews for bulk acquisition projects.
• Assists in due diligence, entitlement activity, and escrow closings; meetings with government officials and hearings.
• Supports architects, engineers, attorneys, and consultants; coordinates with internal teams on project design.
• Maintains staff by recruiting, training, and coaching; handles performance assessments.
• Travels primarily in (CA, WA, OR) with 50% travel.
• Complies with company policies and budgets; analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions.
