Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field; 3 years in brokerage/real estate preferred.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Mapping and Demographic software.
• Proven ability to purchase and develop retail locations; travel 50% (three states).
• Driver’s license with good driving record; ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide data and guidance for financial models to qualify sites for lease or purchase.
• Negotiate purchase contracts and leases with landlords; coordinate real estate tours.
• Assist Real Estate Director with due diligence, permits, escrow closings, and government meetings.
• Prepare budgets, analyze variances, and report program costs.
• Maintain staff by recruiting, training, and performance management.
• Contribute to team efforts to meet KRAs per company plan.
