Job summary
Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join a world-class manufacturing finance team. You will own complex financial models, partner with senior leaders, and deliver data-driven insights across functions in a multi-national setting.
Position can be based in Reno, NV or De Soto, KS, with up to 50% travel for relocation or onsite support. The role combines budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment analysis with continuous improvement and mentoring
Qualifications
- 6+ years of financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong communication and partnering skills to influence across functions.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP (S/4), Oracle, or other fully integrated ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Own the most complex financial analysis and modeling for the business.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive cost savings and investments.
- Lead development of reports and budgeting tools for enterprise-wide planning.
- Support monthly close and ad hoc analyses as requested.
- Mentor colleagues and develop SOPs to improve internal controls.
