Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Analyst/Associate to support capital planning, financial modeling, and KPI reporting for our plants, warehouses, service centers, and offices across the Americas.

You will collaborate with project managers and global real estate teams to deliver insights that drive performance, optimize the portfolio, and inform budgeting and SOPs. The role is onsite at Perimeter Circle area in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, accounting, business administration plus 3 years of work experience or equivalent
• Data analysis/reporting, Project tracking for real estate projects, Corporate Accounting Principles, IFRS (related to real estate desired)
• Strong quantitative, financial/business analysis and modeling
• Time management
• Organizational skills with the ability to work/juggle multiple projects at the same time.
• Project Management principles, tracking and reporting knowledge in a corporate real estate environment
• Working knowledge of IFRS accounting principles (relating to real estate a plus). Working in a large organization with a matrix structure.
• Technically astute and strategic thinking.
• Established knowledge of accounts payable process and tools in a shared service environment.
• Proficient skill with Microsoft Office 365 tools specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Business Operations Tool experience e.g. SAP a plus
