Hillpointe is seeking a Capital Markets Analyst in Florida to support capital raising, investor relations, debt capital management, and asset/operational processes across fund management. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely execution of capital markets activities.

The role requires organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in capital markets, real estate private equity, fund operations, investor relations, or related roles.
• Knowledge of real estate fund structures, capital calls and distributions.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support equity capital management and investor relations activities, including marketing materials and updates.
• Process subscription documents during capital raises and assist with investor-related documentation.
• Assist with capital calls, distributions, and Blue Sky compliance.
• Maintain DDQ trackers, dashboards, and KPI reports for internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Legal, Accounting, Asset Management, and Development teams on closing checklists.
