BHG Financial is seeking an analytical Finance/Accounting professional to support annual planning, forecasting, and portfolio analytics for a fast-moving team. You will work cross-functionally with Accounting, Capital Markets, and Legal to build models, analyze loan portfolios, and influence management decisions.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects with strong communication skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a quantitative field preferred.
• 2-4 years of progressive data analytics or finance experience.
• Strong quantitative skills, knowledge of financial modeling, and a solid background in lending/capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data analyses and reporting for BHG’s growing loan portfolios.
• Assist in loan inventory management and short-term cash forecasting.
• Develop, produce, and maintain optimization models across Capital Markets and Finance.
• Analyze complex financial information, identify trends, and provide leadership with recommendations.
• Support financial team leadership and cross-functional partners.
