Sixth Street is seeking an Associate to join its U.S. Real Estate Asset Management team. The role focuses on maximizing portfolio value through hands-on asset management and precise reporting across platforms, assets, and loans.

You will collaborate with the team on the asset management of the portfolio from multiple hubs in a fast-growing environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in CRE equity or credit asset management, strong Excel and Argus skills, and a proven ability to analyze complex

Aufgaben

• Understand and take ownership of assets/positions, markets and business plans for each investment.
• Monitor positions, review borrower/partner reporting and flag key issues.
• Be the main contact for operating partners/borrowers/service providers for day-to-day asset management.
• Participate in standing calls with partners/borrowers for each investment/position.
• Perform ad hoc analysis for asset management decisions (approvals, leasing, capex, modifications).
• Drive internal operations processes (cash management, distributions, contributions, draw review, construction deals).
• Support setting up key asset management processes on the front end of new investments/originations.
