Sixth Street is seeking an Associate for its U.S. Real Estate Asset Management team, based in Dallas, San Francisco, or New York City. You will own asset performance, monitor borrower reporting, and coordinate distributions while collaborating with the portfolio team.

The role emphasizes financial modeling, cross-team collaboration, and multi-geo experience to drive value in a fast-growing portfolio. Extensive interaction with operating partners and deal teams is expected.

Formación

• 3+ years in CRE asset management or origination.
• Strong finance and modeling skills.
• Ability to analyze markets and portfolios.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Proven multi-geo experience is a plus.

• Monitor positions; review borrower reporting; flag issues.
• Coordinate asset management processes; cash distributions.
• Participate in valuation and portfolio review processes.
