Zusammenfassung

The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) in Boston, MA seeks a Senior Project Manager, Acquisitions & Preservation to lead acquisition opportunities and preservation strategies across a growing portfolio. You will work closely with Development, Asset Management, and Legal teams to drive financial repositioning and successful closings.

You will manage complex deals, develop capital plans, and leverage analytics to preserve affordability and enhance assets for communities across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree; 5–7 years in real estate.
• Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and affordable/mixed-income deals.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to use AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Aufgaben

• Assist in implementing acquisition strategy with Development team.
• Analyze acquisition opportunities from single properties to portfolios; perform financial modeling and due diligence.
• Generate offers and lead debt and equity financing efforts.
• Coordinate inter-departmental due diligence and closings with Legal support.
• Lead negotiations and manage deal terms to closing.
• Collaborate with Asset Management to develop capital plans and rehab strategies.
