This Senior Project Manager role in Boston coordinates acquisitions and preservation strategies with the Real Estate Finance Department, driving financial analysis, capital transactions, and cross-department collaboration to sustain a portfolio of 14,000+ units. You will lead a team across Development, Asset Management, and Legal to evaluate opportunities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5–7 years of real estate experience.
• Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credits and affordable/mixed-income deal structures.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical abilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisitions and financing processes for new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Development and Asset Management to implement capital plans.
• Oversee due diligence, negotiations, and closings with internal and external teams.
• Develop relationships with brokers and funding sources.
• Identify and implement financial repositioning and rehab strategies.
