Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in system implementation or healthcare operations.
• Experience with revenue cycle management (RCM) or related healthcare processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customer onboarding and implementation activities, ensuring smooth transitions to Ensora solutions.
• Configure billing rules, payer setups, and claim workflows.
• Partner with customers to understand current-state workflows and optimize configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve standard system and process issues; escalate complex challenges.
• Validate claims and identify rejections, denials, and processing errors.
• Document implementation activities, workflows, decisions, and configurations.
• Communicate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Monitor milestones and support project deliverables for successful outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
