The Implementation Consultant II role supports customers through onboarding, configures billing rules and payer setups, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue cycle processes. This remote position emphasizes continuous improvement and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in system implementation, revenue cycle management (RCM) or healthcare operations.
• Understanding of revenue cycle workflows and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support customer onboarding and implementation activities.
• Configure billing rules, payer setup, and claim workflows.
• Partner with customers to understand current-state workflows and recommend system configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve standard system and process issues; escalate complex challenges.
• Assist with validation of claims and identification of rejections, denials, and errors.
• Document implementation activities, workflows, decisions, and configurations.
• Communicate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Monitor milestones and support project deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and workflows.
• Utilize analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and data-driven decisions.
