Job summary

Roquette in Midland, MI seeks an experienced Supply Planner - Raw Materials & Production to orchestrate end-to-end raw material planning across two US sites. You'll balance execution with tactical thinking and lead continuous improvement projects to optimize planning tools and overall supply chain performance.

The role requires 5+ years in planning within manufacturing, proficiency with SAP PPDS, and APICS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred or willingness to obtain.
• 5+ years of experience in raw material planning, production scheduling, or supply chain planning in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting multi-site or complex single-site operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrated supply and production planning: develop short- and long-term raw material plans and detailed schedules using SAP PPDS.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, and site coordinators to align daily planning.
• Optimize inventory: set stock levels, avoid excess/obsolete stock, monitor days of inventory.
• Monitor material flow from purchasing to production; resolve shortages, discrepancies, and quality issues.
• Manage supplier relationships and review forecasts, POs, and issues for quality and delivery.
• Issue and adjust production schedules; communicate alignment with manufacturing teams.
• Maintain SAP master data and process orders for scheduling and reporting accuracy.
• Track KPIs: capacity, on-time delivery, inventory levels, and slow-moving stock.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance planning tools and processes.
