Job description

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay, annual performance bonus, comprehensive benefits, 6.2% company retirement contribution, and professional development opportunities.

  • Generous paid time off and 12 annual paid company holidays.

  • 12 weeks 100% paid maternity leave, and up to 4 weeks 100% paid parental leave (including adoption/surrogacy/foster care leave) for non-birthing parents.

  • Student loan repayment assistance and tuition reimbursement program for select roles.

  • Annual wellness benefit and wellness centered programs focused on your health needs.

What You'll Do

  • Integrated Supply & Production Planning – Develop and maintain short- and long-term raw material plans alongside detailed weekly/daily production schedules (via SAP PPDS) to align supply, demand, and inventory needs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Act as the primary interface between manufacturing, supply chain, master planners, customer service, and local site material coordinators to ensure a smooth, aligned day-to-day planning process.

  • Inventory Optimization – Set preferred stock levels, prevent excess or obsolete inventory, and manage inventory days, write-offs, and slow‑moving stock.

  • Materials Availability & Issue Resolution – Monitor the flow of materials through purchasing, storage, and production; proactively identify and resolve raw material shortages, inventory discrepancies, and quality issues.

  • Supplier & Stakeholder Management – Facilitate collaboration meetings with vendors and stakeholders to review forecasts, purchase orders, and operational issues, while managing key supplier relationships for quality, delivery, and contract compliance.

  • Production Schedule Management – Issue, maintain, and communicate production schedules in line with business strategy (cost, rate, inventory, uptime), adjusting as needed in partnership with manufacturing teams.

  • Customer Service Interface – Serve as primary point of contact for customer service, ensuring order requirements, ATP (Available-to-Promise) processes, and delivery commitments are met.

  • Data & Systems Integrity – Maintain accurate SAP master data and process orders to support scheduling, planning, and reporting accuracy.

  • KPI Monitoring – Track and report key performance indicators across both sites, including capacity loading, production-to-plan, delivery-to-promise, inventory levels, and slow‑moving/obsolete stock.

  • Continuous Improvement Projects – Lead and design new tools, processes, and initiatives to enhance planning capabilities, material availability, and overall supply chain performance across the two sites.

What You'll Need

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred or willingness to obtain.

  • 5+ years of experience in raw material planning, production scheduling, or supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience supporting multi‑site or complex single‑site operations preferred.

  • Experience: Proven track record managing end‑to‑end supply planning — from raw material procurement through production scheduling to customer delivery.

  • Demonstrated experience working with SAP, specifically SAP PPDS and Master Data management.

  • Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating/monitoring contract compliance, quality, and delivery performance.

  • History of leading or contributing to continuous improvement / process optimization initiatives within a supply chain or planning function.

  • Experience interfacing directly with cross‑functional stakeholders, including manufacturing, customer service, procurement, and senior planning teams.

  • Familiarity with inventory management principles, including obsolescence/slow‑moving stock reduction and inventory days optimization.
