You will develop, maintain, and analyze regulatory filings and support testimony for rate cases with strong collaboration across Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Operations.

The role requires independent work, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple regulatory deadlines while delivering timely regulatory strategies and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of rate analysis experience.
• Associate's degree with 6+ years in rate analysis.
• High school diploma with 8+ years in rate analysis.
• Ability to summarize legal documents clearly.
• Strong accounting and finance principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor public utility commissions for regulatory changes.
• Update rate case exhibits and assist in preparing testimony.
• Lead internal communications related to tariff changes.
• Perform complex electric marginal and embedded cost-of-service studies.
• Collaborate with IT to prepare policy and tariff documentation.
• Track docket numbers, ROE, capital structure, rate base, and customer rate changes.
• Develop technical and cost analyses to support rate approvals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
