Job summary

Consumers Energy, Michigan’s largest energy provider, seeks a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support compliance programs and regulatory standards across NERC and related requirements. You will research, analyze, and apply program management concepts to ensure regulatory objectives are met.

Hybrid role with onsite days on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; relocation package available for those who qualify. Strong communication and data-analysis skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years in compliance or risk management.
• Experience applying NERC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with interpretations of NERC standards for business units.
• Assess processes to ensure compliance and recommend improvements.
• Develop procedures to satisfy NERC requirements.
• Monitor regulatory alerts and update controls accordingly.
• Review evidence to ensure regulatory adherence and develop action plans.
