Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a senior project manager to drive large, strategic R&D projects with cross-functional teams across the organization. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating with SBU Head, NPTC Head, and other partners to ensure delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, 8–10 years in operations or R&D, PMP certification, and proven leadership in matrix organizations.

Qualifications

• PMP certification and 3+ years’ related project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Masters preferred.
• Experience leading large, matrixed teams and coordinating across functions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products, processes, systems, or solutions on time and within defined quality and cost.
• Drive execution of innovation and renovation.
• Coach and share project management practices across R&D and partners.
• Manage stakeholders and present at portfolio meetings.
