• Serve as trusted advisor to R&D leadership on strategic, operational, and investment decisions.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management for R&D.
• Drive portfolio prioritization and resource allocation across product platforms and development programs.
• Develop business cases and provide financial support for acquisitions, partnerships, and licensing opportunities.
• Deliver actionable insights to improve decision-making and evaluate risks and returns.
