Abbott is seeking a Principle Financial Analyst for Global Development Finance located in Santa Clara, CA or St. Paul, MN.

You will lead the FP&A function for Product Development, Analytical Chemistry, and pipeline analysis, managing budgets, headcount, and productivity initiatives. You’ll partner with Directors and cross-functional teams to model financial scenarios, publish dashboards, and drive portfolio prioritization in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Formación

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Equivalent experience is defined as six years’ combined experience in the above areas.
• 8+ years' experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or equivalent.
• Strong Excel and enterprise system skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FP&A for Global Development Finance across Product Development and Analytical Chemistry.
• Model scenarios, NPVs/IRRs, and sensitivity analyses for new opportunities.
• Own cost center budgeting, headcount, and monthly close packages.
• Develop dashboards to track program performance and KPIs.
