• 10+ years of FP&A experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, resource planning, and analytics capabilities.
• Experience managing and developing talent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, month-end reporting, annual operating plan development, and long-range planning for Leveraged Services.
• Serve as primary finance business partner to functional leadership, guiding resource allocation and investments.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals responsible for budgeting and reporting.
• Drive financial transparency and accountability across a shared-services model.
• Evaluate productivity and cost optimization opportunities while balancing quality and compliance.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide executable recommendations.
