• Manage month-end close and report on expenses, headcount, and program spend.
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis; present results and drive action plans.
• Lead business case development for R&D projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop reports and dashboards with KPIs; support ad hoc financial modeling.
