You will draft templates (CDA, Service, Sponsorship, HCP) and collaborate with R&D stakeholders to ensure obligations are tracked and fulfilled, while maintaining contract records in a central portal for timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• 3+ years of contract administration or business operations experience.
• Understanding of contract templates and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract operations including approvals, vendor setup, contract execution, PO creation, and invoice resolution.
• Draft and prepare contract templates (CDA, Service, Sponsorship, HCP) per guidelines.
• Collaborate with R&D stakeholders to track and fulfill contractual obligations.
• Liaise with Procurement and Compliance to secure necessary approvals.
• Create, manage, and monitor POs ensuring alignment with Sponsor processes.
