Job summary

Curtiss-Wright is seeking a Quoting Procurement Specialist to support sales by managing RFQ and quoting for finished goods and fastener-related products. You will analyze quote requirements, identify qualified suppliers, and negotiate pricing to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of purchasing, quoting, sourcing, or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong background supporting RFQ and quoting activities for manufactured products or fastener-related components.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, spreadsheets, and pivot tables; ERP/MRP experience preferred (Oracle a plus).

Responsibilities

Support the sales department by managing daily RFQ and quoting activities for finished goods and fastener-related products.
Analyze customer quote requirements, specifications, drawings, and material requirements to identify qualified suppliers and sourcing solutions.
Negotiate supplier pricing and consolidate demand opportunities to improve margins.
Coordinate with sales on quote status, supplier updates, pricing changes, and lead times; release and manage purchase orders as needed.
