Job summary

AFC Industries is looking for a Corporate Quotations Specialist to join our team. This position is integral to supporting the A&D's quotation activities, ensuring accurate pricing and timely responses to sales inquiries. The role can be performed remotely and requires a strong background in the fastener industry.

Key responsibilities include sourcing and pricing items, negotiating with suppliers, monitoring purchasing compliance, and building strategic supplier relationships. Candidates with 5+ years of related experience and a solid understanding of MS Office applications will be prioritized.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum experience in fastener industry or industrial distribution preferred.
• Working knowledge of laws and regulations relating to procurement and contracts.
• Knowledge of purchasing and supply chain systems, LEAN principles, and MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, quoting, and pricing items accurately.
• Negotiate with suppliers to provide best cost and terms.
• Facilitate timely responses to quotations to the Sales Dept.
