Job summary

DistributionNOW seeks a Quotation Specialist to source and price large project bids, working closely with internal departments to maximize revenues and meet customer deadlines.

You will enhance customer service by building vendor relationships, while leveraging marketing and negotiation skills to exceed sales goals. This hybrid role combines in-office training with remote work flexibility as you contribute to DNOW's wide pipe, valve, and industrial supply portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in PVF sourcing required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong presentation, marketing, and negotiating skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Proficient project management skills and able to multi task.

Responsibilities

• Source and price large project bids.
• Collaborate with departments within the organization.
• Maximize revenues and margins while meeting customer deadlines.
• Improve customer service by building vendor relationships.
• Aim to exceed sales goals through greater market share.
• Coordinate with Credit, Management and Attorneys on terms and conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
