Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Quality & Mission Assurance Lead for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will promote a thorough quality mindset and coordinate strategic quality improvements across the program, eventually building a team of direct and indirect reports.

You will serve as the primary QMA interface for the program, customers, and suppliers, ensuring effective implementation of QMA requirements and coordinating in-country supplier quality managers to support program

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or U.S. person; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Security clearance: DoD Confidential; active clearance required after day 1.

Responsibilities

• Lead on strategic and tactical quality, cost, and schedule performance for the program.
• Oversee implementation of QMA requirements; develop and manage direct and indirect reports; interface with customers and suppliers.
