Job summary

Lockheed Martin Texarkana, TX is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Associate Manager to lead program quality efforts on the M270 Launcher program. The role supports the Quality Manager with strategic leadership, data analytics, continuous improvement, and talent development.

You will act as SME in quality engineering, stay current with industry standards, mentor the on-site team, drive risk reduction, and collaborate with Integrated Product Teams and the US Government customer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher technical engineering degree.
• Interim Secret Clearance and ability to obtain secret clearance.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and QMS implementation.
• Experience leading teams and facilitating.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategies to strengthen the Quality Management System and talent development.
• Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams to ensure quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and the U.S. GovernmentCustomer.
• Establish a Program Quality Management System that complies with requirements.
• Utilize quality methodologies and policies to drive improvements.
• Develop data analyses to identify process improvements and corrective actions.
• Manage budgets and staffing for areas of responsibility.
• Mentor and develop on-site quality team members.
