Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando seeks a Quality Associate Manager to establish the quality framework for ADSW-AP missiles programs, leading quality across the life-cycle from proposals through production and support.

You will manage an agile team of quality professionals, ensure QA plans and audits are current, and maintain strong DCMA/Customer relationships while coordinating with program teams to drive quality down to suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Demonstrated leadership in Quality, Operations, or Engineering.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming materials in Aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

• Establish Quality framework across ADSW-AP programs from proposals to support.
• Lead an agile team of quality professionals across hardware, software, and systems.
• Coordinate with program teams to embed quality in design, development, and production.
• Perform contract quality reviews and ensure flow-down of requirements to suppliers.
