Lockheed Martin in Camden, AR, is seeking a Program Quality Engineering Asc Manager to lead the implementation and execution of program quality requirements across the lifecycle.

As the Quality Lead, you will partner with program teams during design, development, production, and mobilization, review contracts, and establish budgets. This role requires a US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance, with a focus on hardware, software, and systems quality processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science, technology, engineering or math.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Knowledge of aerospace standards AS9100, AS9102, AS9103.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the quality team from proposal through production support.
• Partner with program teams as the Quality Lead for design, development, production and mobilization phases.
• Perform contract reviews and flow-down of quality requirements to internal teams and suppliers.
• Establish quality budgets, cost commitments, and maintain the Quality Program Team business rhythm.
• Serve on Risk and Opportunity Review Boards, driving risk mitigation and Return-to-Green plans.
