You will lead quality functions, recruit and develop staff, allocate resources, and drive the QA system and metrics program to ensure product acceptance and on-time delivery.

The role requires US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• STEM degree at bachelors level or higher and/equivalent experience combined education
• Must be a US citizen and have ability to obtain secret clearance
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Advanced understanding of Quality principles Aerospace industry
• Prior Quality Experience
• Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications
• Must have the ability to travel (up to ~25% of the time)

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple quality functions including reliability, test, and inspection.
• Direct recruitment, training, performance assessment, and career development of subordinate staff.
• Allocate resources and assign work to meet cost and schedule commitments.
• Implement and maintain the quality management system and metrics program.
• Drive risk and opportunity management, ensuring product acceptance and delivery compliance.
