Job summary

Kenco Group in the United States seeks a Senior Corporate Quality Assurance Manager to lead the corporate quality management system, align processes with ISO standards and customer requirements, and mentor site teams. You will drive a continuous improvement culture and support RFPs and IT validations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; MBA is a plus
• 6-8 years’ experience in quality assurance management; regulatory affairs experience desired
• Expert knowledge and experience in ISO 9001:2015 and/or other ISO standard
• ASQ CSSGB required
• ASQ Lead Auditor certification is preferred
• Ability to coach individuals and teams and influence senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead Quality standards and controls for multiple sites and networks
• Oversee the Multi-Client vertical including the e-commerce locations
• Manage a team of direct and dotted line reports
• Lead the RFP process for new business
• Coordinate QA efforts with IT Validations
• Develop and deploy QA trainings, procedures, and tools
• Oversee auditing program for the quality management system
• Support other corporate departments in related processes
