You’ll collaborate with clients to align on objectives, deliverables, and insights that drive healthier brands. This role blends research rigor with strategic storytelling in a hybrid, US-based setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years moderating and delivering client deliverables in a market research or agency setting.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members on projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-ready reports.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering all project aspects on time and meeting client objectives.
• Design studies, write proposals, and craft discussion guides.
• Moderate 1:1 and group interviews, with live moderations.
• Connect dots to identify themes and craft actionable insights.
• Incorporate strategic elements into reports and recommendations.
