MERGE is seeking a Qualitative Insight Director to lead research projects and translate findings into strategic recommendations. You will manage study design, execution, and reporting for health and wellness clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and strong client partnerships.

You will mentor teams, advance frameworks, and drive impactful insights while navigating regulatory considerations and client expectations.

Qualifications

5+ years experience moderating and delivering client deliverables in a market research or agency setting.

Willingness to travel and be flexible in scheduling to accommodate project needs.
Compliance in time-tracking and training as required by Merge and clients for market research and healthcare regulations.
Knowledge of Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Healthcare Providers (HCPs) processes and reporting, Ethics, Confidentiality, Data Privacy / Security and Harassment compliance.

Responsibilities

Moderate 1:1 and group interviews and online engagements (Communities, Remesh).
Design studies and write proposals.
Craft questionnaires and discussion guides aligned to objectives.
Identify emerging themes and connect them to the bigger story.
Incorporate strategic elements into reports: story flow, implications, and recommendations.
