Job summary

MERGE is seeking a Qualitative Insight Director to lead research projects, moderate interviews, and translate findings into strategic recommendations. You will guide client engagements, mentor junior staff, and drive a high-impact narrative in healthcare and wellness markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience moderating and delivering client deliverables in a market research or agency setting.

• Willingness to travel and be flexible in scheduling to accommodate project needs.
• Compliance in time-tracking and adherence to training/guidelines for market research and healthcare regulations (PV/HCP, Ethics, Data Privacy).
• Proven ability to translate research findings into strategy and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee research projects from design to deliverables.
• Moderate 1:1 and group interviews, online engagements, and synthesize findings.
• Incorporate strategic elements into reports, story flow, and recommendations.
• Add visual elements to communicate the story clearly and effectively.
• Engage with clients, build relationships, and expand project scope where appropriate.
