Qualifications

• 7+ years experience moderating and delivering client deliverables in a market research or agency setting.
• Strong strategic writing, presenting, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel and be flexible in scheduling to meet project needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of all project components against client objectives.
• Moderate interviews and online engagements, around 25% of time.
• Design studies and write proposals; craft questionnaires and guides.
• Develop insights with clear implications, recommendations, and storytelling.
