Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a Head of QESH Americas to lead Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health across the Americas. You will ensure compliance with Sulzer standards, customer requirements, and certifications while guiding manufacturing sites, service operations, and offices.

You will champion safety, quality excellence, and environmental stewardship, oversee audits, CAPA, incidents, and risk management, and drive regional KPIs and reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in Quality, Environment, Safety or Operational Excellence leadership.
• Minimum 5 years leading multi-site QESH organizations across manufacturing and service environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QESH strategy, objectives, and performance management across MTCS Americas.
• Develop a culture where safety is the highest priority and quality is embedded in all activities.
• Ensure regulatory, Sulzer, MTCS, ChemTech, and customer requirements across the Americas.
