You will prepare purchase orders, track orders, coordinate with Accounts Payable, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering and Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders based on approved decisions and vendor quotations.
• Update RFQ and purchasing documentation to reflect pricing and delivery requirements.
• Assemble purchasing packages with quotes, drawings, and specifications.
• Maintain purchasing logs and records; track order confirmations and status.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable for invoice and documentation issues.
• Assist with vendor research, pricing research, and quote comparisons.
• Review documentation for accuracy and identify discrepancies before they become problems.
